Miami – Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, operator of short cruises between Florida and the Bahamas, is the first US-based cruise line to announce a date for resuming cruises. The company had previously set dates for a return to service, but its decision clashed with a ban imposed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Now the company has announced that it will resume navigation on 18 December 2020 for its first cruise.
