Crystal Serenity is scheduled to SAIL in the Bahamas in July

Crystal Cruises is scheduled to start in the Bahamas in July 

As Crystal Cruises recently announced, Crystal Serenity is due to start again in the Bahamas in July, so the luxury brand from Genting Hong Kong should start operations again relatively early. 

At this point in time, there are no cruises on site, and if no company can submit an earlier restart, Crystal Serenity will ultimately be the first ocean-going vessel to resume service there.

Weekly cruises are currently planned that will only take place within the Bahamas. the trips are to take place from Nassau (Saturdays) and Bimini (Sundays).

This route should then be completed by at least October. 

In order to be able to take part in trips with Crystal Serenity in the Bahamas, passengers will have to present a negative corona test up to five days before departure. 

Only 900 passenger will be allowed onboard per voyage

The capacity of the ship should not exceed 900 people per voyage at this point, according to a statement. 

The relevant minister of the Bahamas was positive about the joint planning with Crystal Cruises.
