The Allure of the Seas will set sail from the new Royal Caribbean cruise terminal whose investment will total USD 125 million at the end of its works in the fall of 2022.
The construction project will generate approximately 400 construction jobs in Texas and 400 jobs from local operations. The 49,164-square-meter terminal will cover four hectares at Pier 10 in the easternmost area of the port on Galveston Island.
On the other hand, the port will build and operate a 1,800-space cruise ship parking lot at the terminal.
